Digibrio Venture Complete Deal of LAAAF China Exclusive Operating Rights and 100% Equity Ownership

L'Academie Anti-Age Francophone (LAAAF) offers high-end anti-aging therapy and preventive medicine to high income customer segments in Asia and France. Recently, they are aggressively expanding in China Market.

Initially capitalization about RMB 40 Million may facilitate the venture to start 10 or more clinics or anti-aging health centers in most important cities in China. Digibrio Venture acquired 100% equity in LAAAF (China) Holdings Limited and owns exclusively rights in operating all franchised clinics all over China.

For the end of the year 2010, 3 more LAAAF clinics or sales offices will be opened. They are expecting to open another 10 more in the year 2011, making LAAAF China to be the leading enterprise in healthcare and well-being industry.
